Just to confirm: it may take up to 24 hours for us to respond to an email or follow up on a voicemail message. We actually replied to your email within an hour of receiving it.

That makes sense. Unfortunately, Lansweeper has not replied to our e-mail or returned our phone call. I was hoping there was another way.
