Engaged Sweeper
Hi there

Dunno, if somebody else had this problem. But it seems that the licensekeys found are incorrect.

I'm testing Lansweeper right no to evaluate if it would be suitable for our company. As we don't have a licenseinventory, this function is one of the main reason i'm looking for an inventory tool. But if the licensekey retreival isn't working it will not be an option.

I'm I missing something?

Lansweeper pulls license keys from the client machine's registry. If an incorrect key is stored in the registry, there is nothing we can do to resolve this issue.

Make sure you are running the latest Lansweeper release. There were some bugs in previous releases that could cause keys to be incorrectly read from the registry. Update instructions can be found on page 176 and beyond of our online documenation: http://www.lansweeper.com/documentation.pdf
