Make sure that activeX controls are enabled in Internet Explorer.
You can add your website to the trusted sites for security reasons.
Go into Security Settings - Trusted sites.
Change the following setting to "Prompt" or "Enable"
[Initialize and script ActiveX control not marked as safe.]
