System.Net.HttpListenerException: The process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process
Lansweeper uses port TCP port 9524 by default.
When you get this error it means that this port is already in use by another application.
To use a different port for you server you need to change the Listenport value using the configuration utility.
Restart your service afterwards
If you change the default port don't forget to pass the new port as a parameter for lsclient.exe which uses 9524 by default
