⚡ TL;DR: Go Straight to the Chrome 80 Audit Report.

Google has released Chrome 80 on February 4th, 2020 to the Stable desktop channel for the Windows, macOS, Linux, Chrome OS, iOS, and Android platforms with bug fixes, new features, and 56 security fixes.

The Chrome 80 update comes with some major changes to how Google’s browser operates, such as a new cookie classification system, auto-upgraded mixed content, text URL fragments, hidden and contained notification popups, and more.

The highlight of the Google Chrome 80 version is the enforcing of a secure-by-default SameSite cookie classification system. First-party cookies match the domain of the site you’re currently visiting. Chrome is now restricting cookies to first-party access by default.
