Seikosha

A subsidiary of the Japanese company called Seiko Holdings Corporation, Seikosha was a brand that designed and manufactured various technology-related products. The company was the root of the Seiko Group as the founder; Kintaro Hattori founded the company in 1881 when he opened a watch and jewelry shop in Ginza, Tokyo.

The company officially was recognized as a clock manufacturer in 1882 when a facility was branched-off in Tokyo, Japan. Their portfolio included a diverse variety of products ranging from watches, clocks, shutters, printers, scanners, and other devices and related instruments. However, in the following decades after, Seikosha made mergers and spun off as different companies.
