Google Chrome Vulnerability CVE-2023-6345
The new security update for Chrome 119 includes security fixes for 7 new vulnerabilities, all of which received a high severity rating. However, the main concern to look out for is an integer overflow vulnerability in the Skia open-source 2D graphics library, tracked as CVE-2023-6345. This vulnerability is already being exploited in the wild and can cause program crashes or lead to arbitrary code execution. This can in turn compromise sensitive data or disrupt operations.
